If you opened the HoomBand app today November, 3rd of 2021 you may have encountered a bug: only a blank screen appears and you cannot access any audio content, your downloads, favorites, or menu.

How can you access your app?

Our tech team has worked on a new app release to fix this bug. It is available on the Android Play Store and the App Store for download.

If you're having the issue, simply go the the App Store or to the Google Play Store and update your HoomBand app. The bug should have disappeared then when you open the app again ✨
