Conditions of returns for Amazon orders


If you purchased your Dodow or HoomBand on Amazon, your order is under Amazon's return policy:

  • You have 30 days to decide to return your order

  • Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders.

  • Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.

  • Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu.

  • Follow the steps to print and return your package.

  • You will get your money refunded once your return has been received.

You can view the status of a return or a refund in Your Orders by selecting View Return/Refund Status next to the relevant order.

Our support team cannot handle your return request if it has been placed on Amazon. You can always reach out to our Amazon support team through Amazon messages.

Replacement policy for Amazon orders


If you want to change the size of the HoomBand you just ordered, or if your device (Dodow or HoomBand) is defective and needs a replacement, we can handle this for you and organise an exchange.

You can exchange your item through Your Orders on Amazon:

  • Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders.

  • Choose the order and select Replace Items.

  • Select the item you want to exchange, and select an option from the Reason for return menu.

  • Follow the steps to print and return your package.

  • Your new device will be sent to you once your return has been received.

You may not be able to ask for a replacement through your orders on Amazon. No worries though, we'll find a solution.
