If you realize that the address provided at the time of purchase is not the right one, or if you have simply changed your mind about the delivery address of your package, you have to let us know as soon as possible.

We will do our best to apply the changes you asked. If we can't apply the modification, our Support team will help you to find an appropriate solution.

After placing your order, you have a window of 4 hours to modify it before it processes to the warehouse.

Once the order is processed and accepted by the warehouse, you may still request to modify the delivery address, however please know that a modification at that stage is not guaranteed.

Please make sure you have your order ID and the email address you used when you placed your order. You will need them to ask for a delivery change.
